Welcome to Indiana Tech
There are many different paths to a college degree. The "traditional" path takes young adults graduating from high school into an associate or bachelor's degree program with classes that last a full semester. If this is the type of college experience you're looking for, this information is for you.
The Indiana Tech experience
Indiana Tech is a small private university with a beautiful 40-acre campus just east of
downtown Fort Wayne. We offer a variety of degree programs in engineering, computer studies, business, criminal justice, education and more. Beyond academics, we have 17 intercollegiate sports teams competing in the National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and a wide variety of student organizations and campus activities.
What makes us different?
Indiana Tech is a relatively small, private university; that means we can offer you things that many other universities cannot:
- Relationship-based education: Relationship-based education means that our faculty and our staff take a personal interest in helping you achieve your goals. Professors become more than just teachers; they become mentors and lifelong friends.
- Career-focused curriculum: The degrees we offer are tied to career potential. You'll graduate with more than just a collection of courses under your belt. You'll graduate with practical knowledge and skills that are highly sought after by employers.
- Small class sizes: There are no lectures with hundreds of students at Indiana Tech. We're a small university, and our classes are small enough for you to get personal attention and plenty of opportunities for hands-on activities and projects with real-world applications.
