Real-time Course Transfer Guide
Indiana Tech has partnered with CollegeSource to provide transfer students with the Transfer Evaluation System (TES). TES allows prospective transfer students to complete a provisional evaluation of transfer credits from their previous institution(s). Final transfer credit decisions are made by the Office of the Registrar and may differ from the provisional evaluation provided by TES.

Transfer Credit Basics
Undergraduate Transfer Credit:
- Courses completed with grades of “C-” or higher
- No more than 90 credit hours can be transferred to be applied to a bachelor’s degree.
- No more than 45 credit hours can be transferred to be applied to a associate degree.
- No more than 25% of the credits can be transferred for a certificate program.
Graduate Transfer Credit
- Courses complete with grades of “B” or higher
- No more than 9 credit hours can be transferred to a graduate degree
- No more than 3 credit hours can be transferred to a graduate certificate program.
We accept transfer credit from regionally and nationally accredited institutions.
International transcripts require an International Credit Evaluation
