Indiana Tech earns recognition as a top workplace for women
March 14, 2024Indiana Tech was recognized as a top regional employer by the Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne during the organization’s Women in the Workplace event on Wednesday, March 13. The university was named a Gold Level Compass Award winner, and was chosen as the inaugural recipient of the Women’s Fund’s Navigator Award.
Each year, the Women’s Fund conducts its annual Compass Survey to help assess the work being done by area employers to recruit, retain and advance women. This year, nearly 60 regional companies and organizations took part in the research. Indiana Tech was noted as a top performer in each of the four categories that make up the survey: Leadership, Compensation, Benefits & Policies, and Recruitment & Retention.
