Indiana Tech to host EVOLVE Women’s Leadership Program, Nov. 6-7

Indiana Tech’s Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship invites women to take part in an immersive two-day experience that is designed to enhance their leadership effectiveness.

The EVOLVE Women’s Leadership Program will take place on November 6 and 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Snyder Academic Center’s Multi-Flex Theater, on the Indiana Tech campus in Fort Wayne. All educational sessions will be presented by faculty from Indiana Tech’s College of Business faculty and will include topics like emotional intelligence, strengths-based leadership, power and influence and leading change efforts. During the program, participants will:

• Learn more about themselves and how they of interact with others.
• Evaluate and reflect on their strengths and weaknesses.
• Explore how they can use this knowledge to become a better leader and prepare for higher levels of responsibility within their organizations.

The cost of the program is $1,100, which includes breakfast, lunch and snacks both days, educational materials, a certificate of completion and access to the Strengths Finders leadership test.
