Middle School STEAM Club
Middle School S.T.E.A.M. Club is an 8-week after-school program where students will explore topics and career options in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Middle-school students will participate in hands-on activities and receive highly qualified university faculty instruction.
Two sessions are available this school year, in the fall and spring. Different faculty teams will lead each session and have a main STEAM focus.
The Fall session will focus on exploring engineering, math, and technology. The Fall Session will run from Sept 10th- Oct 29th.
The Spring session will focus on discovering more about Arts, Sciences, and Technology. The Spring Session will run from March 4th- April 29th.
Dates
Fall Session meets Tuesdays 5:30-7:30 p.m., beginning September 10 through October 29.
Spring Session meets Tuesdays 5:30-7:30 p.m., beginning March 4 through April 29.
This program is held in the Zollner Engineering Center on the Indiana Tech campus.
Costs
The cost is $200 per student per session. Costs cover a t-shirt, materials and snacks during meetings.
